About Laura –

After various roles in the education world, including a Geography Teacher, Head of Careers, Director of Admissions as well as Headhunting, Laura felt she’d reached a crossroads in her career and decided to work with a Coach to help her to figure out where she really wanted to go next.

Throughout her various roles and experiences, the core essence of her career was working closely with people, (young people and adults), to help them become the best version of themselves both professionally and personally.

Her Coach was such an inspiration to her, which led her to embark on an ICF professional coaching training programme and she is now an ICF PCC Coach. She also trained as an Emotional Intelligence assessor and is qualified in the EQ-i 2.0.

Laura then went on to found her own business, www.lojcoaching.com, in 2019 to help other people find clarity in their career and business goals. She has worked with various clients including business founders, company managers, career changers and people moving from employment/redundancy to setting up their own businesses.
