Stress is our response to change in our internal and external environment, mediated initially through the autonomic nervous system. The default factory setting of our autonomic nervous system should be set at BLISS and JOY but for most of us we experience anxiety and fatigue.. 
Join us to reset the nervous system so that we may experience greater joy, ease and vitality. The class begins with a participant led discussion and exploration and will end with a group healing led by Sarah and Mary. The transformation is super charged by the group energy as having many witnesses increases the energy of the healing.Mary Bolingbroke is a craniosacral osteopath with 30 years of practical and teaching experience. She also works as an Animal communicator and remote healer. 



Sarah Chave has been a healthcare practitioner for nearly 20 years and has a busy online practice. She is an International Ambassador for the People’s Health Alliance and host of the biweekly New Earth Podcast. She loves to empower clients to access their natural healing ability and realize their full potential
