This one-day accredited training programme will explore resilience and outline practical strategies we can put in place. Do you need a resilience boost and some practical strategies to strengthen those inner reserves during these challenging times? Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!About this training:This course is packed full of useful information and gives you the opportunity to reflect on how you are coping and points you in the right direction to move forward and bounce back.<ul><li>Where does resilience come from? </li><li>Why is it important to have a positive outlook? </li><li>How do you keep things in perspective?</li></ul>*NB* The training will take place a﻿t 54 St James Street on Friday 16th June from 9:30-4:30pm.T﻿ickets will close on Friday 9th June at 9am.This session will be held by our course facilitator Roz.

Eligibility:Apply for your place today - and our team will be in touch to complete a registration form with you including evidence of your eligibility.This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.Questions?
