<H3>Who are we?</H3>
We are a community of like-minded people studying, working or interested in technology. Our goal is to run events in which we can share our knowledge and interests as well as encourage and empower one another. This event is not exclusive to women; we welcome anyone passionate about tech and increasing diversity in the field.
We also welcome all students who are interested in learning more about Tech, and the careers it entails.

We'll be talking all about Resilience with a talk from Emma Langton! 
<A HREF="https://twitter.com/emlangtoncoach" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Emma Langton</A> is a leadership coach and workplace trainer. Using her extensive qualifications she has been providing coaching, training and therapeutic support for executives since setting up her business in 2011. She helps her clients be better leaders, increase productivity and profit by providing coaching and training for high performance, change management, resilience and stress reduction.
Prior to that she spent over 20 years working with people at the top of corporate training and communication businesses.
Over the last 9 years Emma has provided coaching and training for a variety of local and national companies some of which include Aviva, NHS and National Rail and numerous small and medium sized businesses too.
“Emma's workshop on 'resilience in the workplace' was highly engaging and thought-provoking. It really highlighted the topic of personal resilience and why it's so important. Emma gave a great overview alongside real practical advice that could actually be used afterwards.” Aviva

18:40:  Ramp Up Your Resilience - Emma Langton When the pressure of work and life can feel like a never ending situation, this can eat into your resilience ‘muscle’.  During this workshop I’ll be helping you the most effective tools and techniques so that you can handle the high pressure, demands or difficulties without being frustrated, stressed or overwhelmed.  This will help you improve awareness of yourself and others so that you can through your work with ease.
