The Shropshire Youth Support Trust (SYST) is a Charity that provides Enterprise and Employability support, delivering Workshops, Clinics, Mentoring and Coaching for people in Shropshire and the Marches area.

What you will need:
•	Device to access the zoom session
•	Pen and Paper 
•	Journal/notebook if participants would like to use the sessions to start a journal -(optional)


Objectives:
•	Goal setting
•	Importance of having goals
•	Why are some goals unachievable?
•	The system/plan to goal setting 
•	Activity – Identify your goal &amp; create your system
