Nature has a lot to teach us about weathering the storms, and waiting for the tide to turn. We'll use collage to bring these ideas to life and discover the inner resources that help us stay afloat.

You'll also learn simple tools and techniques to navigate life's ups and downs to boost resilience.

Timings and Details

10:00 — Welcome and Introductions Time to settle in with a warm drink and a welcome. Light sharing about navigating life’s ups and downs, with no pressure to share, unless you wish to. Explore gentle resilience practices. What can nature teach us about adapting with the ebb and flow of life? Create your own collage and "resilience ecosystem” using images, and words. 13:00 — Walk or Drive to South Beach Bring your own lunch or grab a snack at Joe's Cafe. There will be time to walk, talk, or simply breathe with the sea. Closing Circle A soft, sea‑held ending before heading home at 14:30.
