The event is being hosted by Rachel McGill and Richard Greatorex, Directors of Resilient Leaders Elements who are "focused on building resilient leaders and making world class leadership development available for all".
The event is being organised by Hannah Wilson, Leadership Development Consultant, Coach and Trainer, Director of Diverse Educators and Founder of BANES WLN. Hannah's mantra is: "empowering you to lead change in yourself and others".
Our purpose:
- The Summit is an opportunity to connect, to be inspired and to be empowered. A space to collaborate, learn and develop.

- Existing and aspiring cross-sector leaders (including leadership space, developing others, coaches, HR Directors, Founders, CEOs/ CPOs/ COOs, team leaders).

- This year the Summit will explore the theme of Resilient Leaders: Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Organisations.
