To celebrate St-arts and Humming, Vibrating Architecture, lead artists Colin Frank, Angela Hoyos Gómez and Juan Hernández will perform along with works by Hywel Davies, Desmond Clarke, and others.D﻿oors: 19:00P﻿erformances begin: 19:30P﻿erformances will take place in different parts of the building and the audience will be guided by Cultures of Sound ushers.F﻿ull programme to be announced...

Colin Frank is a percussionist, field recordist, installation artist, improviser, and multimedia composer. His works range from investigating found objects to machine noises, theatrical absurdity to site-specific performance, and audience interactivity to DIY electronics. Colin creates installation and gallery pieces which are often interactive, from playing common objects to exploring virtual environments. Juan Hernández and Ángela Hoyos play together in a duo project called Ulrica Duo, experimenting and improvising with sound – to movement – to color synesthesia, and creating scenes in which the presence of the performers draws morphing characters. Ulrica Duo's music is created with the computer, and performed with physical interfaces such as wearable devices and self-assembled instruments. Their art projects Stamina Quimera, Aliento Cuerpo Selenio, Señorita Etc…, Miniperformance, Tambambient have been presented in theatres and galleries in Bogotá (Colombia), Gothenburg and Stockholm (Sweden), Bergen (Norway) and Huddersfield (England).T﻿he Bath House Galleries reside in the basement of Sovereign Design House, a newly listed and renovated steel foundry bath house which retains original features as well as being fully accessible. During term time the popular <a href="https://students.hud.ac.uk/unilife/huddersfood/wheretoeatoncampus/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Toast House Cafe</a> is open on week days serving the best coffee on campus along with a range of affordable lunch options. <a href="https://www.hud.ac.uk/news/2020/february/listed-former-bath-house-renovation/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Click here to find out more about the building and its history</a>.
