The Respiratory Data Science Catalyst, which is led by Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) and funded by Asthma + Lung UK, is a partnership which facilitates and accelerates health data research into chronic and acute respiratory conditions.

We’re excited to launch our academic webinar series, taking place on the first Wednesday of every month from Sept 2025.

Our fourth webinar takes place on Wednesday, 3rd Dec 2025 (11:30-12:30). This event will feature insightful talks from:

Dr David Lo, Consultant in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine (PRM) at the Leicester Children's Hospital and Associate Professor at the University of Leicester, who will be presenting on Health Inequalities and Risk Prediction in Preschool Wheeze.

Aleksandra Gawlik-Lipinski, an Early Career Researcher at the University of Leicester who will discuss Longitudinal trends in adverse asthma outcomes in children in England.
