Agenda

Participants arrive, settle into the space, and gently transition out of the external world. This opening creates a sense of safety, containment, and presence before the work begins.

Arrival & Grounding 

A short, grounding introduction to the core theme of the workshop understanding why rest and stabilisation are often required before growth, leadership, or change.

Orientation: Rest Before Expansion 

A guided, practical reflection designed to help participants identify:
Where pressure is currently being held
What feels unstable, overloaded, or unsustainable
What specifically needs support before the next step
This is not sharing-heavy and does not require disclosure. The focus is clarity, self-trust, and internal steadiness.

Reflective Mapping & Containment Work

Participants are guided through simple, grounded tools to:
Regulate nervous system activation
Create internal containment during periods of change                                                                                        Support clearer decision-making without urgency or collapse
Tools are practical and applicable immediately after the workshop.

Stabilisation Tools & Decision Readiness

A calm closing to consolidate insights, clarify next steps, and leave participants feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced.
