Rest & Reset
A beautifully restorative evening including reflexology, gentle yoga and sound; time for you to fully relax and to deeply nourish yourself.
Rest & Reset is the ultimate evening of self-care and relaxation, as we shake off the winter and help reset the mind & body ready for spring’s arrival, created to honour International Women’s Day.
Join us for a deeply restorative experience featuring soothing reflexology, gentle yoga and ending with a calming sound bath. This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect — a reminder that rest is not a reward, but a foundation from which we rise feeling grounded, replenished, and whole.
This is a joyful collaboration between Chantel (Ross Reflexology), Emma (A Sense of Balance Yoga) and Annalisa (Annalisa Wellness Sound), curated by wonderful co-working community Patch. A wealth of wellness experience between them, you will be in very safe and nurturing hands.
Taking place in the lovely Reading room at Patch, the former library, we will start the session with Chantel guiding us through a self-care hand reflexology session, where you will learn the basics of a treatment sequence you can do for yourself, anywhere, anytime.
We will then move into yoga with Emma, which will be a gentle, breath-led yoga sequence transitioning to longer-held restorative postures, finishing with a guided relaxation to take us seamlessly into a sound bath with Annalisa.
Annalisa will play various instruments around you known for their vibratory healing frequencies, as well as using her voice. You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you. Bliss!
We hope you will leave this session feeling nourished, grounded, and reset.
What if I've never done yoga before?
The practice will be gentle, so perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Emma always offers optional modifications for those who want a little less or a little more from the practice. If you have any current or recent injuries, or physical or medical conditions and you're not sure if this yoga is safe for you right now, please don't hesitate to drop us an email or private message in confidence.

About Us
Chantel has been a Therapeutic Reflexologist for 15 years. Her special interest is stress management and the impact it has on the body.
Annalisa re-trained in Sound healing after a long career as a Theatrical Agent and now offers Sound in local group sessions, private sound baths in people's homes and special events, and in corporate settings. She loves bringing deep rest and relaxation through sound, including using her voice.
Contraindications
As a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are usually played off the body. The one main exception is for people with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare), and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions.
Additionally, during the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy we also advise caution for working with healing sounds.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event unless we are able to refill your space. No refunds at all if within 48 hours of the event. In either case you may gift your space to a friend but please do contact us to notify me of their name and contact details.
