Testimonies:
A beautiful, restful practise, with exploration of the body’s web of connective tissue and the emotions we hold within it. There was plenty of time to sit in stillness and ponder these thoughts/emotions, alongside intuitive, embodied movement.
Heather
A really beautifully held class. The perfect way to end a week. Deeply slow, restorative, inwards looking. Gemma is a beautiful facilitator and holder of space, brings a lovely lense/ frameing on Tapas. Thank you :)
Gemma
Gemma creates such a soft and welcoming environment. A glorious way to unwind after a busy week. The decompression we all deeply need.
