The se mentoring sessions for independent retailers are designed to make a difference and help you get results quickly.The initial 2-3 hour tailored mentoring session in your shop (or on Zoom if you prefer) will focus on:<ul><li>Marketing</li><li>Social media</li><li>Visual merchandising</li><li>Sales and service</li><li>Shop front and signage</li><li>Staffing</li><li>Business strategy</li></ul>Coaching sessions are followed up with an action plan and summary of findings and a further session will review progress and ensure continued improvements.
