Join Retro Ramblers on a 7.3 mile walk, starting and finishing at Uffington White Horse Car Park.
SUMMARY:
Join Retro Ramblers on a 7.3 mile walk, starting and finishing at Uffington White Horse Car Park.
We will be walking from the car park at Uffington White Horse, heading onto The Ridgeway, before turning off and walking towards Weathercock Hill, before the summit, we turn towards Ashdown Park. We will then walk through the gardens and woods, before heading back up to The Ridgeway and a quick look around Wayland Smithy, before heading back to the car park at Uffington White Horse.
Afterwards, in the nearby village of Woolstone, is The White Horse, where we can pop along to for a well earned drink, once we have completed the walk.
