Sorry no refunds - but if you can't make it please feel free to pass your ticket onto a friend (or relative or neighbour...)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or you can show us your ticket on your phone

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, if you are buying for several people then the lead ticket name will be on all the tickets....you just need to have the same number of guests as you have tickets!!
