As the new year unfolds, many women feel the need to slow down, reflect, and come back to themselves.
This women-only heart-centred evening retreat is a nourishing 3-hour experience, lovingly co-facilitated by two experienced female practitioners (Lesley-Ann @lesleyannyoga and Siân @thalassayoga). Creating a safe, grounded, and supportive circle for rest, reflection, and connection.
Through gentle nourishing yoga, calming sound bathing, a heart-opening ceremonial cacao, guided heart meditation and breathwork, and a therapeutic guided writing practice focused on self-care and self-love, you will come home to yourself.
This circle is beginner-friendly. No experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork is needed. With two facilitators holding the space, you’ll be supported throughout, with clear guidance, plenty of choice, and no expectations. You’re invited to meet yourself exactly where you are.
A warm, inclusive space for women to reconnect with their hearts, be witnessed in community, and begin the year feeling more grounded, open, and nourished.
