The 2026 edition follows a clear thematic arc, Revolution – Evolution – Solution

On behalf of RICS in Germany, we look forward to welcoming RICS Members and all other interested professionals to the 2026 edition of our annual RICS Focus event.

The event will be relevant and valuable for all built environment professionals who wish to stay fully up to date with the trends and forces shaping our industry.

Artificial Intelligence runs as a connecting thread throughout the programme. In the first session, it is explored as a disruptive force shaping global economic structures and professional roles. In the second session, it acts as a catalyst influencing investment strategies, valuation approaches and market transparency. The final session focuses on best practice: how development, construction and finance are adapting to this new reality.

· The focus is on practical solutions for delivering projects under current market conditions.

· Topics include modular and serial construction, digital planning tools and economically viable project structures.

· The panel examines how development can remain efficient, scalable and financeable without losing quality and differentiation.
