Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely yes! If you have never done a spin/indoor cycle class before, do not worry! Your instructor will take you through the bike set up, riding positions and safety procedures before starting the class to make sure you are ready. You will become a seasoned Rider in no time :).

Do I need indoor cycling shoes?

Accepted Answer

No, this is not necessary. You're welcome to bring them if you have them, however you can wear your normal gym trainers, preferably without a platform that some running shoes have.

What should I wear?

Comfortable yet closely fitting sports clothing (to avoid catching on the bike). Bike shorts, leggings & sports tops/T-shirts are all great.

What Gymbox facilities can I use?

You have full access to the changing rooms, showers & sauna! Feel free to stay to relax and enjoy the sauna after the class. You can also pick up towels for reception and purchase water/food there.
