Right to Work webinar

Right to Work training explains the implication of illegal working. This training focuses on the employers’ legal responsibilities to conduct right to work checks for new and some existing staff and how to conduct such checks. The training also sets out the sanctions (civil penalties and prosecutions) when employers hire staff without permission to work. Employers will also understand the circumstances in which they will have a statutory excuse and where to find further information and support when conducting right to work checks.
