Riptide

The 17th Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival (SMHAF) takes place across Scotland from 4-22 October 2023, exploring the theme of 'Revolution'. SMHAF is led by the Mental Health Foundation, the UK's leading charity for everyone's mental health.

Riptide is a love story exploring schizophrenia, with a discussion taking place on Thursday 9 July

Jacob, frustrated with the confines of his life after being discharged from hospital, escapes to the Highlands. He meets Eva, who claims to be a secret daughter of Ingmar Bergman. Blending a love story with a road trip movie, Riptide is a unique exploration of schizophrenia.
