Rise & Shine - Introduction to Yoga Workshop! FREE

Have you ever wanted to try yoga and wondered what the practice is about?

Or maybe you've tried some yoga classes & would like to have a longer practice session whilst also learning some more breath work & relaxation techniques?

Please join us for this energising yet relaxing yoga workshop on the summer bank holiday Monday morning.

This 1.5-hour yoga workshop will help you to:

• Open up the body & mind - release tension and expand your awareness
• Build strength, flexibility and release tension in joints and muscles
• Build confidence to practice more yoga if you're a beginner
• Get an Introduction to Yoga practice, including breathwork and relaxation techniques

What to Bring

• A mat if you have one (I have some spares if you need one)
• Water

Meeting Point

• Everyone will meet outside the front of the shop (which will be closed on the day) and then we will go to the back entrance together
• Please arrive on time, as late entry after 9:45 will not be permitted
