This course is aimed at individuals who have purchased a Roland UV Flatbed printer.The course will give an overview of the following machines - MO-240 /COi-300/COi-640The course content is applicable to older versions of UV Flatbed such as LEF, CO and S-series. Course Outline <ul><li>Machine overview - Cover open discussion</li><li>Menu tree overview - Understanding the functions of the machine</li><li>Loading and Unloading materials, understanding the table and functions</li><li>Machine calibration</li><li>Design - Discussion of software applications and advice on how to use spot colours</li><li>Utilising special e?ects, Gloss, Matte and Emboss in your designs</li><li>VersaWorks - Overview of the RIP, its functions and advanced features</li><li>DG Connect - Understanding the machine and business monitoring system</li><li>Applications - Understanding the types of materials that you can print on</li><li>Understanding adhesion, surface energy and the role of primers</li><li>Maintenance - keeping the machine in top condition</li><li>Understanding Jigs</li><li>Using the Rotary system</li><li>Practical print session</li><li>Q&amp;A</li></ul> Lunch will be provided, please inform us prior to the course with any dietary requirements.
