Please note: Breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, or certain mental health conditions. If unsure, please get in touch before booking.

For your comfort, please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow, and you may wish to use an eye mask for a fully immersive experience. If you do not have a mat, simply let your facilitator know and one can be provided.

Paige Daniel is the founder of Exhale and Empower, delivering powerful breathwork experiences focused on emotional release and personal empowerment. She is also the founder of The HEY Wellbeing Collective, supporting and connecting wellbeing across Hull & East Yorkshire.
