Root Cause Analysis WorkshopRoot cause analysis is fundamental to establish why a non-conformance has occurred. It is a critical process to prevent reoccurrence - but do your employees really understand how to complete root cause analysis well? Join us for a fully funded, interactive workshop held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre. This workshop is ideal for anyone involved in investigating and implementing corrective and preventative action.The session will focus on the key requirements of handling and correcting issues identified in the food safety and quality management system (for example non-conforming products, internal audits, complaints, product testing etc.) detailed in BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9*, and will provide delegates with an understanding of:<ul><li>What is root cause analysis?</li><li>What does an effective corrective action process look like?</li><li>Consequences of getting it wrong </li><li>Techniques for understanding root cause analysis </li><li>The importance of verification of corrective and preventative actions to ensure effectiveness </li></ul>*Although this workshop will include BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 requirements, it is not limited to delegates working to this standard. The principles of this workshop can be applied to any food and drink manufacturing site. As part of your attendance at this workshop, delegates will be asked for their National Insurance number at the end of the session.
