Are there any age restrictions?

Girls aged 11-16 must be accompanied by an adult. The event is open to women of all ages

Question 2

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

You will need a yoga mat, cushion (optional), a water bottle and water to keep you hydrated. Water will also be freely available for you to top up. You will also need a journal/notebook and pen.

Will there be food available on the day?

Accepted Answer

Please bring something for lunch with you. There will also be a selection of healthy snacks available to purchase on the day. If you/your child have allergies, please understand that we can't control what food people bring into the space. Please be extra cautious and email us in the first instance.

Question 4

Is The Venue Wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There will also be helpers on hand, should you need any support throughout the day.
