About This Event

Are you feeling tired in a way that rest doesn’t fix? Have you been holding things together for so long that you’ve lost the energy — or permission — to let go?

You’re not alone.

Rooted & Seen is a 2-hour live, guided taster session designed for women aged 40+ who are navigating emotional fatigue, quiet burnout, loneliness, or simply the sense that something’s missing.

This is not a lecture or webinar. It’s a gently facilitated space where you'll experience both stillness and reflection, alongside practical, trauma-aware tools to take with you.

Whether you feel emotionally flat, overly responsible, or disconnected — this space offers a reset.

What You’ll Experience:

This is an experiential session, led by two trained facilitators in NLP, therapeutic hypnosis, and holistic wellbeing methods. Our approach integrates evidence-based mindset work, visualisation, and conscious breathwork techniques to help women regulate stress, reduce overwhelm, and return to emotional balance.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

We recommend it. This is a live, facilitated space designed to support connection and emotional safety. While no one is forced to speak or share, we’ve found the experience is far more powerful — and fairer for everyone — when participants keep their cameras on. It helps us create a safe circle.

What if I can’t stay for the full 2 hours?

We encourage you to join for the full session if possible, but we understand life happens. Even 60 - 80 minutes can offer relief and insight. We also include a PDF toolkit and offer a 15-minute 1:1 follow-up consultation to help integrate the experience.

Is this therapy or a support group?

This is not therapy, but it is deeply supportive. The session is led by two trained professionals in NLP, hypnosis, and holistic wellbeing. You'll learn tools, experience guided inner work, and reflect at your own pace. We hold space with care, but this is not a substitute for clinical mental health

Is this just for women over 40?

This space is designed specifically with the emotional needs of women 40+ in mind — those navigating burnout, emotional fatigue, and identity transitions. If you're slightly younger but feel the message resonates deeply, you’re welcome.
