Roundtable: Enabling Technologies for Disabled Talent

The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) has one purpose: to break down the barriers faced by the millions of disabled people who are entering or progressing through the job market.RIDI believes more needs to be done to build disability confidence into recruitment and employment strategies and campaigns actively to achieve this.We help recruiters and employers to become disability confident and offer more job opportunities to people with disabilities. RIDI is a not-for-profit initative which receives core funding and in-kind donations from our partners, E.ON, Eversheds Sutherland, Guidant Group, Lloyd's, The Clear Company, XL Catlin, Chemical Code, DWF, Kelly Services, London Market Group and Recite Me.

Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative

As part of Dyslexia Awareness Week, <A HREF="http://www.reciteme.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Recite Me</A> are bringing together RIDI partner organisations and recruiters for a roundtable discussion on Enabling Technologies for Disabled Talent, hosted by Guidant Group.
 
Ross Linnett, Recite Me Founder & CEO will talk about how recruitment websites need to support people with Dyslexia and we'll hear from Claire Jones, <A HREF="http://www.cleartalents.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ClearTalents</A> on the technology solutions they provide for candidates with Dyslexia. 
This is a great opportunity to celebrate Dyslexia Awareness Week and find out more about the inclusive technology solutions that are available for recruiters.
