Climate Crisis Thinking in the Humanities and Social Sciences

What is energy? How has it shaped our world? How are ideas and practices around energy production and use evolving in our climate critical times? Is energy intertwined with extractivism? We invite colleagues from across disciplines to reflect briefly on such fundamental questions as energy, including green energy, take centre stage in debates around climate change and the future of the planet. We will start with brief contributions from our panellists then open the floor to different disciplinary perspectives.
