We are a small band of enthusiastic volunteers who lead walking tours in Guildford town centre with the support of Guildford Borough Council. Each year we take thousands of people, adults and children on guided walks.

Guildford has royal connections from Saxon King Alfred to Queen Elizabeth II as you will discover on this walk.

Tunsgate Arch

This is a brand-new walk to commemorate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Do you know about the two royal residences in Guildford and why plum cake is a key component of a royal visit? Most royal visits are happy events but whose visits ended with murder or with someone losing their head? Join this walk and find out. The walk is about a a half a mile long with regular stops, and about 90 minutes in duration. You should wear suitable clothing for the prevailing weather conditions.
