There will be a mixture of presentations and a Q&A session. This event is for independent coaches and consultants with an interest in promoting resilience in the workplace. Launched in 2016, the RQi is the best studied resilience psychometric on the market. It offers a way of gaining new corporate clients seeking to build resilience and enhance of the wellbeing of their workers. BACKGROUNDThe RQi is a fully validated online psychometric test that provides a detailed measure of resilience for individuals and teams. It measures beliefs, behaviours and environmental factors that enable people to cope well under stress and bounce back from adversity. The RQi Report comes with individual scores and tailored recommendations for building even greater resilience.
