On Wednesday 9 October there will only be 22 days to go before the Brexit deadline, some ‘complex’ businesses will be 9 days into the MTD for VAT. The webinar we will run through these rules and how businesses can get themselves ready for these new rules.In addition, we will delve into recent case law, including a Supreme Court decision which may put to rest HMRC’s challenges as to when VAT can be recovered.
