What time are stallholders (car booters) allowed on-site for this event?

Stallholders (car booters) will be allowed on-site from 9:30am.

Where can stallholders park their vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Stall holders will be directed to their pitches by events staff. They will be allowed to park their vehicles close to the pitch location while they are unpacking their vehicles and then events staff will suggest car parking areas where they can move their vehicles before the event begins.

Can I pick where my pitch is?

Accepted Answer

Pitches are allocated on a tiered system. Better pitch locations such as Woodside's car park cost slightly more. You will be directed to your individual pitch location within the area you've chosen on the day by the events stewards.

Can I bring my dog to RSPCA Woodside's One Fun Day- The Big Doggy Reunion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, dogs are actively encouraged at this event. Well-behaved dogs are allowed on leads. Water bowls will be situated around the site. Please pick up after your dog.

Can I move my vehicle off-site before the event finishes.

Accepted Answer

No, car booters will not be allowed off-site until the event finishes at 3pm due to health and safety.

Can I view the adoptable rescue animals during the event?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not, as the rescue animals can become stressed during events. Adoptable rescue animals can be viewed by the public on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, 11am-3pm, when events are not on.

Do the public need to book tickets in advance?

Accepted Answer

No. The public can just turn up on the day.

Will there be catering on-site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be hot food available on-site including bacon and sausage sandwiches, chips, burgers, hot dogs, and hot and cold drinks.

Accepted Answer

Public will be allowed on-site from 11am.
