Each of our current or pipeline projects supports one or more of these priority areas:<ul><li>Optimised network access for freight</li><li>Increase average and maximum freight speeds</li><li>Safer freight operations and maintenance</li><li>Low carbon freight</li></ul>As a number of projects are close to closing and new proposals prepare to take their place, this event provides you with an opportunity to:<ul><li>Get easy access to the latest research outputs</li><li>Discover the key findings and hear what they mean for the industry, direct from those behind the work</li><li>Find out what&#x27;s next for the implementation of these findings and unlock the benefits for rail</li></ul>RSSB is committed to the implementation of research, moving findings to action and eventual benefit for industry. Industry implementation is the next step for many of the research projects exiting the Freight Research Programme. Join us for a panel discussion as we explore this implementation challenge further. Our panel will highlight the good practice and flag the system and industry issues slowing down progress.Also, hear about the next phase of projects and what we hope they will unlock. There will be lots of opportunity for Q&amp;A throughout the event.The event is open to anyone who would like to attend.
