As part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, the Rum Infusion Masterclass led by The Rum Infusionist Distillery offers a hands-on, interactive experience exploring the craft of rum and flavour.

This guided session introduces guests to the fundamentals of rum and the infusion process, combining learning with creativity in a relaxed, social setting. Participants will explore different flavour profiles and techniques, gaining insight into how ingredients and balance shape each blend.

Each guest will create their own custom 200ml rum infusion, designing and labelling their bottle to take home — a personalised product shaped by their own taste and creativity.

Accessible, engaging, and rooted in shared experience, this session brings together craft, culture, and flavour in a unique and memorable experience.
