As part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, the Rum Tasting Experience led by The Rum Infusionist Distillery offers a guided journey through flavour, craft, and the story of rum.

This hosted session takes guests through the full process — from molasses to distillation and infusion — providing insight into how rum is made and how different techniques shape its character.

Participants will be guided through a curated tasting of the distillery’s rum range, exploring flavour profiles, aromas, and the nuances between blends. The experience also includes a tasting of rum-infused jams, paired with crackers and biscuits, adding a unique and playful dimension to the session.

Designed to be relaxed, informative, and sensory-led, this is an opportunity to deepen your appreciation of rum while enjoying a social, shared tasting experience.
