If you are looking for a fun way to get in shape, get running with Bridesby joining us for our 5km or 10km Marriott International 'runaway bride' run this summer in Regents Park, London. If you are umm-ing and aah-ing over committing to a run, we've got plenty of motivation to help you along the way. Warm up with the fitness gurus from FRAME, warm down with a Ballet Blast by Insta-famous ballerina/author Naturally Sassy and enjoy a post-run, relaxing express massage from Ibiza Angels.
PLUS! We've got talks by Sadie Reid, founder of Hip & Healthy, a host of healthy living bloggers bursting with information and top-tips on how to keep in shape ahead of your big day. What's more you'll be in with a chance to run away with: A two-night, luxury UK break for two, totally taken care of by Marriott International, afternoon tea for your bridal party, or a six-month gym membership!
