Can I bring my dog?

Yes the route is dog friendly and you are welcome to bring them but they must be kept on the lead.

Will I be running on trails?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is only a short section of tarmac, the rest is footpath and canal path.

Question 3

Will there be somewhere to leave my bags?

Accepted Answer

Yes there will be a covered area for you to leave belongings. These items will be left at your own risk.

Question 4

Will there be water to fill up my water bottles?

Accepted Answer

Yes we will have water for you to fill up your bottles with and there will be water at the start of each loop.

Can I walk it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we encourage you to tackle this event any way you want. Be that fast, trying to cover as much ground as possible within the 3 hours, or as a long walk.

At what time do I have to start the last lap?

Accepted Answer

You need to be crossing the finish line before 9pm for the last lap to be counted.

Question 7

How will I know how many laps I have completed?

Accepted Answer

You will be given a band to wear on your wrist as you complete each lap.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There is plenty of parking at the bottom of the railway station car park. Walk out of the bottom of the car park towards the river and turn left. Follow this path and it will lead you to the event start. Public toilets are located in the Station car park.
