<P><STRONG>Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?</STRONG></P>
<P>We require all attendees to have valid photo ID which matches the information on their ticket. Valid ID includes passports, driving license, military ID, identity cards, age verification cards with a valid hologram.<BR></P>
<P>Event attendees must be aged 16 or over, or otherwise accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.</P>

<P><STRONG>What can I bring into the event?</STRONG></P>
<P>The only things you need to bring are yourself, your ticket, valid ID, and any spending money! You're also welcome to bring your cosplay outfits and props (but please make sure they are safe!).</P>
<P>We do not permit the following into the event (and they may be confiscated by event security/police):<BR></P>

<LI>Alcohol, drugs, or any kind of illegal substance</LI>
<LI>Pyrotechnics, explosives etc</LI>
<LI>Weapons or objects which may cause damage to the venue or other attendees</LI>
<LI>Personal food and drink (without prior agreement from event security, usually permitted for people with severe allergies etc)</LI>

<P><STRONG>What's the refund policy?</STRONG></P>
<P>Unfortunately, we are not able to refund tickets for any reason. Please be sure you can attend before making your purchase!<BR></P>

<P><STRONG>Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?</STRONG></P>
<P>You can bring your ticket as a print out, on the EventBrite app, or on your phone as an image/PDF. Provided the QR code and your registrant details are legible then you can attend!<BR></P>

<P><STRONG>Can I update my registration information?</STRONG></P>
<P>Yes! If you'd like update any details on your ticket, please just log into your EventBrite account and change the details.<BR></P>

<P><STRONG>Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?</STRONG></P>
<P>No, all information on your ticket must match the attendee, and their valid photo ID.<BR></P>
