Running on Empty? Staying Well When Everything Feels Urgent
PMO North: Running on Empty?
Overview
Running on Empty? Staying Well When Everything Feels Urgent
30-minute interactive health coaching session for project professionals
Project management can mean deadlines, competing priorities, constant change and a never-ending list of things that need your attention. And when everything feels urgent, looking after yourself can quickly slip to the bottom of the list.
In this short, interactive session, Health Coach and Health Steps founder Amanda Robinson will explore what happens when periods of pressure become the norm, the difference between everyday stress and heading towards burnout, and some of the warning signs we can easily overlook when we're busy getting things done.
But this won't just be about knowing what we should do.
Using a health coaching approach, Amanda will encourage you to take a step back, notice what's happening for you right now and identify one realistic change that could help protect your energy and resilience through a particularly busy time of year.
Expect practical ideas, reflection and conversation rather than another list of things to add to your to-do list.
You’ll leave with:
•a better understanding of how sustained pressure can affect your health and wellbeing•an opportunity to recognise your own early warning signs•practical ways to protect your energy and resilience•one small action you've chosen for yourself to take forward.
Why Attend?
As project professionals, we're experts at managing risk, complexity, deadlines, and competing priorities. But how often do we apply that same discipline to our own wellbeing?
When pressure becomes the norm, it's easy to dismiss the warning signs, keep pushing forward, and tell ourselves we'll slow down "after the next milestone."
This insightful and interactive PMO North session is designed to help you pause, reflect, and reset.
Join Health Coach Amanda Robinson for a practical conversation on navigating sustained pressure, recognising the difference between stress and burnout, and protecting your energy during demanding periods.
In just 30 minutes, you'll gain valuable insights, practical techniques, and the opportunity to identify one realistic action that can strengthen your resilience without adding more to your workload
