Former professional athlete, turned coach and biomechanics expert, Becky Lyne, will share with you the most common mistakes and pitfalls she has identified both through her extensive research and her hands-on experience in the hundreds of in-depth analyses she performs in her business Gracefull Running.

All participants will receive access to a library of resources to help embed the principles taught, as well as exclusive discounts to the Gracefull training camps and services discussed at the end of the workshop.

Price includes a healthy drink and snack. There is the option to stay on for lunch with Becky at the excellent onsite cafe.

If you're unable to make this date, I will be running an online version on Mon 2nd March at 8pm. I can also offer bespoke workshops for clubs and groups.
