RUSS Ladywell Self-build Community Space (RUSS Community Hub)

Saturday 19th March 2022RUSS is a volunteer-led Community Land Trust based in south London, founded in 2009 with the mission of creating sustainable neighbourhoods and genuinely affordable homes. Construction is underway at Church Grove, Ladywell, south-east London (adjacent to the hub) where we are building 36 all affordable self build homes.RUSS has set up a School of Community-led Housing offering individuals, community groups and housing professionals the chance to learn from RUSS’s many years of experience and gain information about how to set up and develop a community-led housing project.Join us at the Community Hub on Church Grove as we reopen the school for a series of day-long workshops starting with Module 01- Getting Started ...RUSS&#x27;s experience of setting up a group.This is workshop 1of 5 modules in our education programme, through which we share our experience and learning since setting up the organization as a Community Land Trust in 2009.Our workshops are informal and interactive, with practical exercises, and time to meet like-minded people, housing professionals and groups already involved in CLH projects.
