Join us for a relaxed and welcoming evening of hands-on bread making, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a cosy night out while learning something new. In this friendly workshop, you’ll create your own focaccia from scratch and be guided through shaping ciabatta dough, learning simple techniques to achieve a light, airy texture that you can recreate at home. While your bread bakes, enjoy a glass (or two) of Prosecco/a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative and take part in making your own flavoured butter—perfect to enjoy with your freshly baked bread. No experience is needed, and everything is designed to be relaxed, social, and easy to follow. ✨ What’s included:• Hands-on focaccia making• Guided ciabatta shaping and baking• A glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic alternative• Flavoured butter making• All ingredients and equipment provided• Take home your freshly baked bread (foil trays provided)• Recipe sheet to recreate everything at home Please note:• Spaces are limited to keep the class relaxed and hands-on• Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for those with gluten allergies• If you have any dietary requirements, please get in touch before booking Come along for an enjoyable evening of baking, bubbles, and good company.
