In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to prepare semolina pasta dough from scratch and shape two iconic fresh pastas using time-honoured Italian techniques.Begin the evening with a welcome glass of prosecco before diving into the world of rustic fresh pasta. Guided step by step, you’ll discover how simple ingredients and traditional methods come together to create authentic, full-bodied dishes. This immersive cooking class is ideal for lovers of Italian food in London, whether you’re new to pasta making or keen to expand your skills.Recipes you will make:<ul><li>Rustic semolina pasta dough</li><li>Orecchiette alla Trapanese</li><li>Malloreddus alla Norma</li></ul>A true celebration of regional Italian pasta, designed to bring classic flavours and artisanal techniques to your kitchen.Each participant will receive:• A detailed digital recipe card• A class diploma, signed by our chefDiscover the joy, flavour, and technique behind Italy’s most beloved pasta dishes in this fun and flavourful experience!Important information:<ul><li>This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians and can be adapted to be vegan-friendly if priorly noified(please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)</li></ul><ul><li>Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.</li></ul><ul><li>This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.</li></ul><ul><li>Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.</li></ul><ul><li>If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!</li></ul><ul><li>Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.</li></ul>Ticket policy:<ul><li>·Tickets are not refundable.</li></ul><ul><li>If you are unable to attend, you may:</li></ul><ol><li>Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)</li></ol><ol><li>Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.</li></ol><ul><li>La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.
