I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothes that you can easily move and exercise in.

How intense is the exercise section of the session?

The exercise phase of the session will involve moves that you are probably familiar with,like squats, lunges, calf raises. These exercises are conducted in a slow controlled manner. Though these sessions aim to raise your heart rate, they are not high energy or bouncy.

what will the session involve?

We will start with a grounding meditation, techniques to awaken the lymphatic system before we move into a range of carefully selected movements such as lunges, squats etc to activate and cleanse the chakra. Next we use static holds and chanting to energise the chakra before our closing journey.
