As women we have a strong tendency to suppress our anger, until it erupts!
As little girls we were told to smile and behave, inbedding people pleasing patterns within.
This can affect the relationships and dynamics around us.
Through lived experience and profound change, Carly has embodied the art of honouring the feminine sacred rage release and instilling healthy anger release patterns within her life, therefore broadening her window of tolerance within Her nervous system, therefore having the capacity for deeper more profound relationships, more success, the reactionary responses stopped and emotional intelligence heightened.

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER:
Carly, a dedicated Spinal Energetics, Reiki, embodiment, yoga practitioner, and intuitive bodyworker, her practice is deeply rooted in my own lived experience of healing, transformation, and embodiment. Each modality I offer is delivered with depth, integrity, and a profound understanding of its unique medicine.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about the body—its mechanics, its nervous system, and its wisdom—which organically led me into the world of somatic healing, energetic modalities, and the tantric/yogic lineages. These teachings have become the foundation of my work, guiding how I hold space and support others on their own paths.
