Why do we find it so difficult to access& process our rage? Because we have had the 'Good girl' conditioning rammed down our throats instead!

It is not acceltable to express your rage as a 'lady' you're labelled as insane, difficult or even aggressive!

What we learn is to prioritize others' comfort over our own truth. We learn to supress & push down our darker emotions for fear of this judgement! We learn that we are too sensitive or are overreacting.
