Welcome to Sacred Sundays, a monthly all-inclusive morning dance space where people of all ages are welcome to join us — barefoot and free.

Sacred Sundays – An All-Ages Ecstatic Dance Morning in Jersey

Our special Sunday dance spaces are held in a beautiful studio at the Caesarean Tennis Club, these 2-hour sessions have been created to invite full-bodied expression, connection, and community soul.

Time:

11am to 1pm

Doors will be open until 11.30am to arrive and join us. After that, the space will be closed.

** Expect music that lifts, moves, and grounds — from world grooves to heart-beating rhythms.

** Expect space to be yourself, whether you’re 3 or 83.

** Expect guidance to drop in to your body

** Expect warmth, welcome, and a shared love of movement.

Come as a family, come solo, come to move together in soul-led freedom. And bring whatever shape or form you find yourself emotionally/mentally. Dance is healing and beneficial for us in all ways, and is an inclusive and incredible well-being tool for us all. Once we feel the shift from being in our heads, to being in our bodies, the magic can really happen.

This Sacred Sunday dance is the first of 2026 and will be our launch day with some special treats in store! Maria will be on the decks and guiding the dance space. Won't you come and join us?

Ticket Types

⫸ Adult – £16 + small eventbrite fee

⫸ Earlybird – £12 + small eventbrite fee

⫸ Child (under 16) – £3 (or option to support us and give more at checkout)

⫸ Family Ticket - optional ( 2 adults and 2 children) – £30 + small eventbrite fee
