A new workshop for forever families that has been created to support foster and adoptive families.

National Maritime Museum

The first of a new series of workshops created to provide space for foster and adoptive families, with children under 13 years, to spend time getting to know each other in a fun and friendly environment.We invite the whole family to join us from 12.30pm and to bring your snack or lunch along. After refreshments we will get started with some creative activities inspired by the National Maritime Museum.These sessions are an opportunity for families to engage in creative activities in a safe and welcoming space. The sessions are as much about families having fun together as they are about meeting other local families.Safe Harbour has been created in consultation with support organisations including We Are Family, and local foster and adoptive families.Contact us at families@rmg.co.uk with any questions.Booking your tickets<ul><li>Please book one ticket per family</li><li>As part of your booking, please let us know who will be coming and any needs within your family. These details will only be shared with the facilitator to support your visit. </li><li>If the session is sold out, you are able to register on a waiting list. You will be contacted automatically if a space opens up for your family.</li><li>If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking so that another family can attend. </li></ul>
