Step Change in Safety is pleased to offer a 2-Day Safety Leadership Development Course in collaboration with member organisations Woods Alternative, Salos Sunesis, Equilibria, and Why Human Factors.

This programme is tailored for Site Managers and Supervisors working in high-hazard environments who are responsible for leading teams and influencing safety culture.

The course helps participants develop their non-technical leadership skills and deepen their understanding of Human Performance, enabling them to foster proactive, high-impact safety cultures. Delegates will strengthen their leadership approach, enhance their coaching skills, and communicate with greater purpose and clarity.

🔹 Note: There will be a small amount of pre-course work to complete in advance.

Location: Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen

Catering: Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.
