Step Change in Safety was formed in 1997.We are a member-led, not-for-profit, tripartite organisation which works to ‘Prevent Incidents and Injuries across the Energy Industry’, through active leadership, member collaboration and workforce engagement.Workforce health and safety always comes first; it is the bedrock of our organisation and what shapes our goals.We have a simple ask of all of the above#PlayYourPart.By registering for and/or attending our events - whether in person or remotely - you consent to your name, job title, and company being used in event-related photos, recordings, or promotional content shared via our website or social media.
